In addition to baked cakes, the mold is also suitable for use in cake varieties without baking
Tip:
Always grease the enamel baking pan well and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs before filling in the batter. So the cake or Co. can be easily removed from the mold.
To unmold, place on a half-height container and gently press the edge of the cake down.
