The baking dish from Riess is, as the name suggests, suitable for all casseroles, but of course also for baking fruit cakes or strudels and much more. The edge of the casserole dish is rounded - Bürdelrand in enamel language - the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The casserole dish can be used in any oven.
Enamel is made from iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. The iron core conducts the heat quickly and then stores it: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking
The non-porous, smooth surface guarantees perfect hygiene. In addition, it is aroma-neutral, bacteria-inhibiting and easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel crockery will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
