The small enamel bowls with a flanged edge (that's what the curved edge is called in enamel language) from Riess are popular and versatile helpers in the kitchen and preserve the authentic taste of the food. The enamel material consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
