The large enamel bowls with a flanged edge (that's what the curved edge is called in the enamel language) are popular and versatile helpers in the kitchen and preserve the genuine taste of the food. The bowls can be stored to save space because they can be stacked inside each other (even with their little “sisters”, the kitchen bowls). They are used as fruit bowls, salad bowls and very often as dough bowls when baking.
The material enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for, enamel tableware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
