Riess COUNTRY - Bee - meat pot with lid 22 cm
The Riess meat pots with lids from the COUNTRY Bee series have a bulbous shape and two enamel handles. The edge of the cooking pots has a robust chrome rim.
The lids of the cooking pots fit well on the pot and function as an energy monitor: As soon as the pot lid starts to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the stove, you can switch it off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. We therefore highly recommend using pot holders to lift the cooking pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm.
The material Enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
