Riess COUNTRY - Bee - casserole dish with lid 18 cm
The version of the Riess enamel casserole dishes with lids have a bulgy shape and the classic enamel handles. The lid rests well on the casserole and acts as an energy monitor: as soon as the lid starts to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the type of stove, you can switch it off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. We therefore highly recommend using pot holders to lift the pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm. The edge of the casserole dish has a robust chrome rim.
