The square baking pan made of baking enamel from Riess is perfect for all dishes that are baked or fried in the oven. Light blue on the outside and special anthracite-colored enamel on the inside, which makes demoulding particularly easy.
The baking pan has a curved edge - flanged edge in enamel language - where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The shape can be easily cut with a knife.
After the work is done, the oven pan is easy to clean and is quickly ready for its next use.
The material enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
