Light gray goes extremely well with the classic shapes of Riess pots. The elegant and reserved pure gray color can be beautifully combined with individual pieces of our Country Dots Gray. The cooking pots and casseroles in the series have the classic straight shape and are equipped with robust chrome rims and enamel handles. The comprehensive range is completed with many other of our popular shapes.

Tip:
To fry eggs in an enamel pan you need butter or oil, but not too high a temperature. The best way to test it is to put a drop of the egg mixture into the pan. It should not contract immediately because then the pan will be too hot. If nothing happens, the pan is too cold. Only when the drop has set slightly does the pan have the optimal temperature.
Now pour in the entire mixture, reduce the heat slightly as enamel stores the heat and wait until the omelette comes away easily from the bottom of the pan, only now turn the omelette.
Daring people can do this even without a spatula with a little momentum in the air.
